Just whacked a chicken chop at Skinny Chef @ Changi Road and wah lau eh, this one not chicken chop, this one chicken hug! The meat was super juicy, soft and tender until knife also no need work overtime. Every bite got flavour locked inside like CPF account. The broccoli damn solid too — fresh, crunchy and surprisingly shiok, not the usual sad green tree you push one side. The coleslaw deserves special mention. Fresh, refreshing and got a cheeky twist with Tabasco sauce that gives a nice kick. Sweet, tangy, spicy all come together like Avengers assemble. Portion generous, food served hot, and every side dish feels like it was prepared with care. For kopitiam western food, this one really punches above its weight. Food great and good portion too. Quick service even though long queue. Their side dash of cucumber salad together with with choice of two sides for the main is a great touch. Now I know another place for my protein fix... Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Chicken Chop

FLAVOR EXPLOSION Skinny Chef @ Changi Road served one of the best Sous Vide Pork Belly dishes I’ve had. The portion was generous and filling, yet still very affordable. Staff were warm, friendly, and prompt throughout the visit. A satisfying meal that exceeded expectations in every way possible.
