22 years. 2001 seems so long ago and yet, it's still fresh in my memory. Skinny's was prolly the only place where I'd get dinner (either dine-in or takeout) actually out in town. I think the only place I ate at equally was the McDonald's on base. His chicken fried rice to this day remains one of the best things I've ever eaten, and any time I think about my time in Sasebo, it's one of the first things I think of. Oddly, I dont remember the place being in an alley, I'm almost positive it opened onto the street. I wonder if at some point he had to move... I miss this place dearly, and if the stars align and by some miracle I'm able to go back to Sasebo, this would almost certainly be the first place I visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
