I love this place, a bit of a hidden gem. The view is great with a relaxing vibe on the roof and not too busy each of the three times I went. Also the pizza is amazing! I think it is one of the better pizzas I have had in the entire Pattaya/Jomtien area and they are well priced, I think starting at 330 Bhat.
