パンが3種類しかない、、、。座って食べるスペースも見当たらず、持ち帰りにするも、パン4個からしか紙袋の支給はありませんでしたが、パン3つ、コーヒー1杯を注文したことで紙袋貰えました！ラッキー！

Bangkok has no shortage of bakeries, and croissant hype in this city can outrun the actual product pretty quickly. Slow Butter is one of the rare cases where the reputation is justified. The focus is narrow — croissants and things made with croissant dough, like pain au chocolat and fruit danishes — which is usually a good sign. Real butter, a slow process, and an almost obsessive attention to freshness that extends to the packaging: the paper bag your croissant comes in has the baking time printed on it, along with a note to eat within two hours for best results. A small detail, but one that tells you everything about how seriously they take this. You’ll know when you bite into their plain croissant, and it’s all you ever need. The coffee holds up too, which isn’t always a given at places where baking is the main event. There’s a lot of noise around Slow Butter right now. In this case, I’d say it’s earned.
