Slow Coffee Club is one of many coffee shops situated around the Causeway Bay (CWB) shopping area. It is located on the G/F of the Esprit Flagship on Kingston Street. They have indoor seating and a small outdoor spot as well. Opening times are 11am to 7pm daily. The team at Slow Coffee offer a select range of traditional coffees and signature non-coffee drinks along with a couple of cookie options if you fancy something to snack on with your coffee drinks. I recently stopped by and was served a good espresso tonic. The drink blended well and tasted quite refreshing while wandering the streets around Fashion Walk in CWB. Honestly don’t even bother coming here. Visited on a day where there’s barely anyone, and the lady boss is there shooting a video with some guy and I just stood there without anyone acknowledging they would serve me in a bit. They continued shooting for a few times and honestly fed up of waiting and just left after 3mins standing there. Social media is important, but if you’re not even serving customers for the sake of that then might as well just close down. Just like its name, expect the service to be so slow because they don’t even care. Service: 1

Appalled by the extremely rude service and dismissive female barista servicing at 3:45pm. Just because I was not ordering a drink but instead dropping off a product sample, she dismissed me like I was like a pest. If your service or attitude towards people is so bad, don’t even expect to get business or luck in life. Let alone convert anyone into a customer. Shocked that Esprit didn’t vet their staff and train on etiquette. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
