Rating: / Stopped by this cafe while in Rayong to try their filter coffee. While the shop boasts an impressive variety of beans, the overall experience didn't quite justify the premium price tag. Coffee Quality: • Filter Coffee: I ordered a filter brew based on the barista’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the notes didn't align with the suggestion; it tasted quite bitter with a heavy "purple" tone that felt over-extracted rather than nuanced. • Latte: The latte was standard and perfectly drinkable, but nothing that stood out as "specialty" quality. Price & Atmosphere: The pricing here is on par with high-end cafes in Bangkok. While I don't mind paying for quality, I found the cost to be quite high for the location, especially given that the brew didn't hit the flavor notes described. Verdict: It’s a nice enough spot if you are in the area and want a wide selection to choose from, but for the price, I expected a bit more expertise in the brewing process. I really love the atmosphere here. That day, a sudden shower began to fall. Everyone watched the rain outside the window, and the quiet river flowing beside the café— there was a gentle, peaceful feeling in the air. After the rain, my friends stayed inside chatting, while I sat outside the café and started to draw. The coffee was wonderful — I especially loved the Americano with honey and lemon. The almond croissant, warm and filled with a bit of sweet cream, was delightful. And the salted croissant was just as delicious, perfectly balanced with its light savory taste. Even the little objects around the café were charming — it’s the kind of place where you can simply sit quietly and breathe with ease Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
