Very good value for money. The owner is super nice and helpful. He really cares about your well-being. The rooftop bar is also nice, meet some nice people there. Rooms are very reasonable for the price! Service: 5

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of amazing, we had a great time, it was affordable and the host gary was great and even booked the elephant sanctuary and sorted out transportation for us. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap stay in chiang mai Service: 5

We visited Makad Rooftop to watch the sunset There are a few flights of stairs to reach the top, but my mum—who has mobility issues—was able to take them slowly. We ordered our food and drinks downstairs before heading up. The outdoor area was lovely, with plenty of space and a mix of tables, chairs, and comfy sofas to relax on. The food was fine—just what you’d expect for some light, picky bits—and the atmosphere was great. We really enjoyed watching the sunset, even if a big block of flats was right in the way
