The burgers are genuinely amazing. What amazes me even more, though, is their loyalty program: you need to spend at least THB 300 to earn points, while almost every burger starts at THB 290. So, even if you only want a burger, you have to add another THB 40–100 just to qualify. I’m honestly not sure whether this program is designed to retain customers or drive them away. Instead of making me feel rewarded, it leaves me frustrated almost every time I visit—especially when my order falls just THB 10 short of the minimum spend. Thank you for your burger feedback and sharing your thoughts. Our loyalty threshold is designed to be easily reached by pairing your burger with a drink or side. Also, points can be earned on both dine-in and delivery orders to help you collect rewards whichever way you choose to dine. Thanks for stopping by, and see you again soon.
