A Cafe With a Heart and a Brew That Keeps You Going I had the chance to chat with the owner of this little gem, and what a story it is. He built the place from scratch during the pandemic. No investors, no shortcuts. Just one man with a vision and a home roaster. Every single bean served here is roasted by him at home, every weekend without fail. Whether it is dark, medium, or light roast, he prepares it all so his customers have enough to get through their weekdays. What truly stood out was how well he understands his customers. He knows they want something strong, a cup that not only tastes good but keeps them going through the day. When I asked if he had ever considered raising the prices, especially given the quality, he simply said, from the beginning, he wanted his drinks to be something people could buy twice a day. Unlike the expensive options out there that many can only afford once, his aim is different. He believes every worker, whether in an office or doing physical labour, deserves a proper break. Something small that can make the day feel a little better. That kind of thinking is rare. I admire his passion and purpose. A cafe like this should not be limited to just Silom. This mission, this approach, deserves to be shared across the city. So that every worker can enjoy their favourite, affordable drink, even twice a day.
