慕名試咗雪園壹號新推嘅手工淮揚Brunch ($388/位)，不愧係傳承六十載嘅名人飯堂！全日MVP首推蘿蔔絲酥餅，外皮極緻酥脆且毫無油膩感，內裏手切蘿蔔絲清甜多汁；砂鍋獅子頭嚴控黃金六瘦四肥比例，入口即化，非常腍滑多汁。每道菜都盡顯大師級心思，果然名不虛傳，性價比極高，一定會再回訪！. Snow Garden’s newly launched Huaiyang Brunch ($388/pp) truly lives up to its legendary reputation and 60-year heritage. Every dish showcases masterful execution, but the ultimate standout was the Radish Pastry—incredibly flaky and crisp without a hint of grease, filled with sweet, moist radish. The Braised Lion’s Head was another masterpiece, perfected with a 6:4 lean-to-fat ratio that makes it melt-in-the-mouth succulent. Exceptional craftsmanship at an incredible price point.
