This beef noodle is definitely underrated. I really enjoyed both the beef and the soup, delicious whether served with rice or any type of noodle. The cuts they use, 崩沙腩 and 牛坑腩, are tender and full of flavor, and they taste even better with the chili. The environment is pleasant, and the service is not bad at all. A satisfying bowl that deserves more recognition. 這家的牛肉麵真的被低估了。無論配飯或任何麵條，牛肉和湯頭都非常好吃。使用的部位是崩沙腩和牛坑腩，肉質軟嫩、味道濃郁，加上辣椒後更是美味。環境不錯，服務也不差，是一個值得推薦的好味道。 ️ ここの牛肉麺は本当に過小評価されています。ご飯でも麺でも美味しくいただけるスープと牛肉が魅力です。使われている部位は崩沙腩と牛坑腩で、柔らかく風味豊か。チリを加えるとさらに美味しさが引き立ちます。環境も良く、サービスも悪くありません。もっと評価されるべき一杯です。.
