SoHo Pasta is one of the best mid-range pasta places in Taipei. They have the usual flavors of pasta served in Taiwan, pesto clam, bolognese, etc. but they also have some unique combinations. The smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and capers in a cold, citrusy dill-flavored sauce is exquisite. If you do come on the weekend you may need to wait for a while for your food, but the wait is worth it. The staff are cheerful and friendly.
