The cocktails were nicely crafted with good layers of flavor and presentation, though they felt like they were missing the mark a little compared with some of the other drink bars in the same area. The waitress was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout, which made the experience even better. I also really like their sustainability focus and upcycling concept — it’s such a cool idea to turn surplus ingredients into creative cocktails. The atmosphere was another highlight, with a cool, hip feel and relaxed chill vibes that made it a great place to spend the evening. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $150–200

A pleasant, easy sip! ღ Sourdough - A peach-apricot spirit base topped with sweet, fragrant coconut foam —balanced, not overly sweet, with a delicate kick. Perfect for those who enjoy a gentle, aromatic drink! Distilled from sourdough & vanilla beans… yes, really! ღ Gin fizz - Fresh cucumber vibes with a light gin base, a touch of liqueur, soda, and a whisper of white cardamom aroma. Super refreshing & barely tastes boozy! ღ Stout - Strong yet smooth! Jim Beam whiskey base makes it bold but dangerously easy to drink—fun, satisfying, and oh-so-sippable. _______________.
