I went to Sokoa in Gwangju for dinner, and it was just what I needed. I wasn’t super hungry, so sharing the salmon and ebikatsu sand sandwiches was perfect. The food is simple, fresh, and really tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a nice spot to wind down in the evening. I’d definitely go back when I want something light but satisfying.
