Tried the steak pot and freshwater eel pot at Solsot—both excellent. The steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, while the eel was fresh with a light smoky flavour and a sweet-savory glaze that paired perfectly with the rice. The hot stone pot keeps the rice piping hot and forms a crispy golden layer at the bottom. There are instructions that guide you how to enjoy. Mixing everything with the sauce made each bite flavourful, and the crispy rice added great texture. Portions were satisfying, ingredients fresh, and service quick and efficient.
