I ordered the beef noodle soup, and even though I visited early in the morning, the broth was already very rich, as if it had been simmered for a long time. The soup was aromatic, slightly sweet, and full of flavor. The meatballs were fine, but the highlight was the beef itself. it was tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. One interesting touch was the chili-vinegar paste provided as a condiment. When added, it gave a mild sourness along with spiciness and a pleasant aroma, enhancing the overall taste nicely.
