A quaint little speciality coffee shop, tucked away at the end of a quiet street in Tai Hang. Coffee was exceptional featuring different brew styles like siphon & pour overs. Limited seating, WiFi and toilet is available. A must visit in Tai Hang. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sonnecad Coffee Studio & Lab is one of several really good coffee shops in the Tai Hang neighbourhood. It located along on Tsuen Street and is the sort of place you'd walk right past and not even know it is there. The door is always closed, just look for the sign outside to know they are open. There is one table downstairs and a few upstairs. Barista/waitstaff will walk you through the coffee beans on offer as well as preparation options. I recently tried their Brasilian Santos coffee, prepared pour over style. This was a really good coffee with noticeable hints of hazelnut and chocolate, medium bodied and really nice flavour. Look forward to trying SonneCAD again. Meal type: Other
