Amazing shabu-shabu restaurant. The beef quality was very good. The set includes lots of fresh veggies. The side dish udon was very nicely done and large portion. The service was very quick and courteous. Highly recommended to book in advance. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian shabu shabu set

Tried to book ahead over 2 weeks and just kept getting told they were full. Asked at tourist info desk and they said they might be booked a day ahead but not 2 weeks and obviously they were not wanting to take bookings for a group of 2. Disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely amazing food! I adored Sooyu so much. Incredible hot pot and lovely staff. I 100% recommend coming here on your trip! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Vegetarian options: Vegie hot pot available - order the night before.
