The crab is usually very fresh and meaty, with sweet flesh balancing the savory curry sauce. Verdict: 9/10. Best enjoyed with plain rice or crab fried rice to soak up the sauce. Vegetables in Oyster Sauce: This is the underrated supporting dish. At seafood-heavy restaurants like this, the greens help balance the richness. Their stir-fried vegetables are usually cooked properly with strong wok aroma while staying crunchy. It’s simple, but the savory oyster sauce pairs very well with the heavier crab dishes. Verdict: 7.5/10 Tom Yam Seafood: The tom yam here leans more Thai-Chinese than ultra-herbal Thai street style. Expect a rich, punchy broth with solid seafood freshness and a good spicy-sour balance.
