Do NOT stay there! The rooms are very dirty and everywhere bugs, roaches and smells like mould. Poor service and rooms are horrible Service: 1

Avoid, do not book! We booked the hotel over a week ago and arrived at 1pm. A group of 10 people sat stranded at the hotel and it was overbooked. One thai people worked there and spoke no English, he eventually appeared and there was no room available! At this time the hotel could still be booked but no rooms were actually available!! Today is New Year’s Eve, how can you be so predictable and on purpose overbook your place to gain money from people? This is not a single occurrence, people mentioned the same thing happened the days before! Unbelievable!! Definitely avoid, otherwise you’re stranded Service: 1

Stayed in New sorot house for 1 month, friend ly Staff and always smile. Good rooms except for the bed. The matress is like sleeping on the floor. When i left for my country my girl friend Who is thai Stayed there for 2 weeks more. Then they wanted 600bath for water and 2600 bath for Electric for my stay. People that have a house does not Even pay that much. I am not happy with that. Thats fraud.
