After traveling 30 minutes to visit this place, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were immediately asked to sit on the beach because it was “more convenient” for the staff. However, since our children were sick, we preferred to sit inside in the shade. Instead of being understanding, the staff repeatedly told us to “control your kids,” even though our child was behaving normally and only touched the sand, as most children would. We were also told, “I hope your kids don’t cry,” which we found incredibly rude and unprofessional. If children are not welcome, this should be clearly stated at the entrance or online on the website. Speaking to families this way is simply unacceptable. We decided to leave immediately. This was the worst hospitality we have ever experienced, and I would never recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Kid-friendliness: Kids are not welcome!

Loved this place! Great music, nice ambiance, amazing food with most of it being vegan! Absolutely recommend SweetSoul Lanta! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Vegan!!
