From the moment I held these beautifully crafted iced coffees, I knew I was in for something special. The Soul Brew iced latte on the left was creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced — rich espresso notes harmoniously blended with velvety milk and just the right touch of sweetness. Every sip felt luxurious and refreshing. On the other hand, the layered black coffee was bold yet incredibly clean, with distinct flavor layers that evolved beautifully as I drank it. The coffee beans they use are clearly high-quality, resulting in a bright, complex taste without any bitterness. Soul Brew doesn’t just serve coffee — they create good moments. The presentation is Instagram-worthy, the flavors are memorable, and the overall quality easily competes with top cafés in Bangkok or Chiang Mai. It felt like someone had designed the ultimate cozy corner for both serious laptop warriors and aesthetic-seeking foodies like me. The coffee? Next-level. I went for their signature latte and it was silky, beautifully balanced, with zero bitterness and a crema that made my inner barista nerd happy. Paired with their avocado toast (crispy sourdough, perfectly ripe avo, a sprinkle of chili flakes and a runny poached egg on top), it was the kind of breakfast that makes you want to linger for hours. The pastries were fresh out of the oven — flaky, buttery, and gone in three happy bites. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being over-the-top. The staff even remembered my name on the second visit and offered a complimentary pour-over tasting — small touches that turn a good café into a favorite.
