Really lovely beginner yoga class with Fah this morning. The session was very thoughtfully structured and the instructor guided us with a lot of care and attention, which made it easy to follow even as a beginner. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Definitely one of the highlights of my holiday.

I was here 2 different times. About 5 days ago I had a healthy snack of a Vegetable drink and some kind of appetizer. I cannot remember the name but it was some kind of vegetable mix with a small round Wheat pancake to wrap it. I then came back the next day for a 10 AM yoga class. The class was pretty good with a teacher who was filling in for the regular teacher. I had not been working out most of the 10 days I was on this lovely island. Just Frisbee and a little swimming everyday. The location is quite lovely and peaceful with an area to just relax. The actual yoga studio is on a nice platform and the views are quite pleasant. Next year when I come back I will try to do a bit more yoga!

Beautiful place Sea view.. I attended Yoga class with David very good Detox Yoga class with flow and a lot of sweat Thank you
