コモンズの中の端っこに有ります。テーブル席は2席しかなくて、カウンター席がメイン。タコスをつまみにテキーラを飲むのに良い！ リーズナブル。

Sourced, theCOMMONS Thonglor There is a certain kind of Bangkok lunch that tries to convince you it’s good for you and merely succeeds in being green. Sourced’s Superman Salad is not that lunch. It is loud, opinionated, and by the time you’ve worked your way to the bottom of the bowl, quietly virtuous in a way that feels earned rather than advertised. The architecture of the thing is what gets you first. A bed of curly kale, ribboned thin and clearly massaged into submission, sits under an almost comical blizzard of finely grated parmesan that looks, from above, like someone tried to snow on a forest. Pomegranate arils glint through the green like rubies misplaced in the wrong jewel box. Strips of dried apricot, sticky and amber and almost candied in their sweetness, thread through the leaves and provide the salad’s most argumentative note: a fruitiness that could easily tip the dish into dessert territory but doesn’t, because the cheese is doing serious salty work and the kale refuses to be pushed around. Adding the grilled chicken is, I’d argue, essential. It arrives with a faint green cast (there is a pesto or herb oil marinade at play, heavy on basil and garlic), and the char marks are real char marks, not the cosmetic kind painted on by a panini press. The breast is sliced generously, juicy in the center, and gives the bowl the structural backbone it needs to stop being a side dish and start being lunch. What seals it, though, is the restraint of the dressing. It is whisper light, applied with what feels like an eyedropper rather than a ladle, and tossed so gently that every component still tastes like itself. You get kale that tastes like kale, parmesan that tastes like parmesan, apricot that tastes like apricot. Too many salads of this ambition drown themselves in vinaigrette and smother the very ingredients they are meant to celebrate. Sourced trusts its produce enough to step back, and the result is a bowl where each forkful is a slightly different conversation between the same five voices. In a food court where the temptation is always to chase the loudest neighbor, that kind of confidence is rare. Order it. Add the chicken. The Superman salad is vegetarian but I added chicken, and Sourced’s menu leans heavily on salads, pastas, and deli items that work without meat. Easy to eat well here as a vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Reasonable accommodations. Most salads can be customised (skip the cheese, swap proteins), and the kitchen is used to fielding requests given the health-leaning crowd. Vegan and gluten-free diners will find options but should ask, as it isn’t a dedicated allergen-free kitchen.

Favourite food in Bangkok! Such delicious, fresh sandwiches. They are always delivered hot and fresh. An absolute must and a weekly go-to for myself for several years.
