One of the few truly authentic Japanese-style shabu restaurants I’ve been a regular at for a long time. They serve high-quality ingredients, from premium meats to fresh vegetables. It’s also one of the rare shabu spots that offers tong ho (garland chrysanthemum), which I really love. The shabu broth here is well balanced, with a gentle natural sweetness from shredded daikon. The ponzu and sesame dipping sauces are also excellent, pairing perfectly with the meats. In addition to the hot pot, they also have sushi and sashimi of good quality, though the prices are quite high. The service is also excellent and worth the price. We call the restuarent at 9:10pm and ask what time is the last order and can go in the store or not ? They say 9:30 and we arrive 9:25pm but they say not accept customer anymore. Then why tell the customer to come? Just say not come. Waste time so much. So whoever planning to call ask them the exact time or else it waste time.
