Smoothie had a ton of sugar in it even though I requested it without sugar. Right after the payment I said without sugar please, she said the blueberry smoothie that I ordered can’t be without sugar, so I naturally wanted to change it with another same-priced option before she even started mixing but the vendor refused. So based on my experience customer satisfaction is ignored unfortunately. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Despite some reviews claiming that the coffee here is terrible and overpriced, nothing could be further from the truth. The coffee may not be outstanding, but it’s definitely better than many other places I’ve visited. True, there isn’t a huge variety of options like medium roast, dark roast, and so on, but the blend is decent and the prices are among the best you’ll find in Phuket. Those leaving false or exaggerated reviews should really be ignored. I actually come here almost every day with a friend, and I certainly wouldn’t keep coming back if the coffee were as bad as some people say. The staff is friendly and brings the coffee directly to your table, unlike many other places where it’s self-service. I honestly have no complaints. It’s not a traditional coffee shop, of course—it’s located inside a shopping mall and serves people passing by—so expecting the atmosphere of a stand-alone café would be unrealistic.
