The dishes are packed with authentic flavors—spicy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. I especially loved the curries and the fresh seafood, which tasted just like what you’d find in Thailand. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere adds to the charm, whether you’re dining with friends or family. We tried Southern Thai Food recently and were pleasantly surprised. The place was empty when we walked in, but don’t let that fool you—the food is absolutely delicious. We had the tom yum soup, stir-fried kangkong, and stir-fried minced basil chicken. Every dish was packed with flavour, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The tom yum had the right balance of tang and spice, the kangkong was crisp and savoury, and the basil chicken was incredibly tasty. One small note: even though we requested “less spicy,” the dishes still came with a decent kick. That said, it wasn’t unbearable—it’s the kind of heat that fades quickly and keeps you coming back for more. If you’re after authentic, flavourful Thai food, this bistro is a hidden gem.
