老闆がとても気さくで人柄の良さが滲み出てました。8種類ほどのクラフトビールがあり、値段もリーズナブル。カタコトで日本語も話してくれました。ビール好き必見！老闆，謝謝

The most significant disappointment lies in the state of the beer. During the visit: Availability: Nearly half the menu was unavailable (5 of 12 taps were out of stock). Condition: Multiple pours were completely flat and lacked the necessary carbonation that defines "alive" craft beer. Temperature: None of the beers—including the IPA—were served ice cold. It appears the venue is struggling with fundamental technical issues, such as improperly chilled kegs. The practice of "spooning off" excess head from the taps, rather than fixing the pouring pressure, further highlights a lack of technical expertise in draft management. Beer Flavor: 2/5 Beer Temperature: 1/5 Beer Effervescence: 1/5 Atmosphere and Service While the decor and concept are aesthetically on point, the service does not match the inviting design. The bartender remained indifferent, offering no warm greeting or engagement, even while the bar was nearly empty. Recommendation For a true craft beer experience where the product is fresh, carbonated, and served at the correct temperature, travelers might be better served visiting We Drink Beer Company. There, the staff is welcoming, and the beer is consistently served ice cold. Summary: Despite a great location and solid "bones" for a bar, Sparrow Brewing currently misses the mark on product quality and service. Love this bar - the people were amazing Mr Lai and crew were phenomenal and the beers were amazing. Felt really at home and they have cool merch to take home Price per person: NT$1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
