一年會光顧數次的餐廳，本來 12 月 26 日滿心歡喜與家人生再去慶祝，沒想到換來一肚子氣，以後絕不會再光顧。 1. 停車場管理形同虛設：節假日車位緊張可以理解，但現場極其混亂。出口位置任由車輛駛入，完全沒有職員協調。當泊車位不足時，餐廳完全沒有派人合理安排秩序，任由車輛亂泊。 2. 職員指手畫腳，干擾駕駛：好不容易等到吉位，餐廳職員卻擺出一副「專家」姿態，不斷在旁指點，硬要司機按他們的意圖泊車（如強烈要求不可頭入等）。這些多餘且頻繁的干擾令駕駛者感到極大壓力和困擾。 3. 發生意外袖手旁觀，態度惡劣：最令人氣憤的是，因現場混亂及受指點干擾，最後發生了輕微意外。餐廳職員非但沒有上前幫手，反而第一時間推卸責任，當眾指責客人。更過份的是，竟然還叫其他職員過來圍觀「食花生」，完全沒有基本禮貌和專業服務素質。總結：一間餐廳的食物做得再好，如果連基本的尊重和場地管理都做不到，根本不值得支持。在此強烈提醒其他駕駛人士：不要輕信現場職員的泊車指引，以免受干擾發生意外。大時大節或週末千萬不要駕車前往，當地的泊車配套完全應付不了，只會令自己掃興。這是我最後一次光顧，如此服務態度，實在令人不敢恭維。 I have visited this restaurant several times a year, but my experience on December 26th with my family was so appalling that we will never return. 1. Chaotic Parking Management:. During the holiday, the parking lot was a complete mess. Cars were entering through the designated "Exit," and there was zero staff presence to coordinate the flow. The management clearly fails to handle high traffic during peak periods or holidays. 2. Intrusive and Distracting Staff:. When we finally found a parking spot, one of the staff kept shouting instructions and gesturing aggressively, demanding we not enter the space head-first. This constant interference was extremely distracting and stressful for the driver. 3. Unprofessional Conduct During an Accident: Due to the chaotic environment and the distraction caused by the staff, a minor accident occurred. Instead of offering assistance or checking if we were okay, the staff member began blaming us immediately. To make matters worse, they even called other colleagues over just to watch and gossip while we were dealing with the situation. Conclusion: No matter how good the food is, the lack of basic respect and professional management is unacceptable. To all drivers:. Do not trust the staff's parking "guidance" – it is distracting and unhelpful. Avoid driving here on weekends or public holidays, as the parking facilities and management cannot cope with the volume. We are extremely disappointed and will be taking our patronage elsewhere.
