Attended an event at the Asia World Expo, and had lunch at this noodle bar. . I ordered the Noodles with Dried Shrimps Roe & Chinese Chives Wonton in Broth. The wontons came with four pieces. The chives were fresh and the shrimps were plump, making the wonton mouthful and satisfying, esp after they absorbed the tasty broth. The noodles were quite chewy. The meal came with a complimentary glass of soy milk or soft drink, and I selected soy milk, which was quite smooth with a strong bean aftertaste. . Customers have to order and collect their food at the counter, so it's kinda like self-service in some ways. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
