Sree India Palace: An Indian meal Delight I’ve been to Sree India Palace several times, and it’s become my favorite spot for a delicious, authentic meal. As a vegetarian, I love the variety of dishes they offer, and I’ve tasted almost all of them. Each dish is packed with flavor and truly reminds me of home. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend placing a special order a day in advance for some of their best dishes. The Veg Thali is a complete meal with a perfect mix of curries, Sambar, rasam, bajji, rice, chapati, and dessert that captures the essence of Indian cuisine. The Dum Biryani is another favorite of mine, with its perfectly spiced and fragrant rice, and the Aloo Fry is a simple yet flavorful side dish that pairs well with everything. Additionally, for those craving South Indian flavors, make sure to request Pongal, Mysore Bajji, Pungulu, and Curd Rice on special order. These dishes are wonderfully comforting and authentically prepared, bringing the true taste of home to Taiwan. Apart from special order, must try are - idly, medu vada, veg manchurian and ghee masala dosa. For Indians in Taiwan, Sree India Palace is like a home away from home when it comes to food. The warmth of the flavors and the care in each dish make every visit feel special. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Indian food, this place is a must-try.
