Insane price for a coffee shop. Making people pay for your renovation is just plain ridiculous, especially for a $2.80 cup of Nescafé or the $3.8 plaster plain Prata is at $1.9 which I think is fair. But the rest of the items are way too overpriced. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

WORST SERVICE. DO NOT EAT HERE. Got very triggered by this very rude China lady server. She looked like she didn't even want to be there. First and foremost, she kept mixing up our orders. We were seated outside and were still eating when she came over and told us off to leave because her boss wanted her to keep the tables we were seated at. The way she spoke was not even polite. A few moments later, she came back and did the same thing. Didn't help that the food took 45mins to arrive cause the restaurant was too busy fulfilling grab orders. Kept seeing batches of food for grab (with >10 packs per grab order) being sent out of the kitchen with none of our food in sight. Never coming back here again. They obviously need to learn how to juggle between onsite orders and grab orders. And they need to review staff training and who they bring onboard. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Put 1 star as it does not have 0 rating. Now i give feedback.. Srisun express bukit batok was the worst nightmare. Workers been taking and packing wrong order/menu. Even already been inform they still given the wrong menu.. aside my friend do a grab delivery also share with me his experience too that Srisun workers packimg wrong menu and sobatage many food rider giving them wrong order to deliver. My advise to all riders do not acceot order from bukit batok srisun. This is what happen when boss of srisun dont know how to handle outlet and staff..
