My mother has fond memories of going to a restaurant in front of school to eat rice tteokbokki and mugwort since she was young. It tasted like that at the time, so if you go to Korea/Mokpo, They say they eat it every time with their friends. ^^ I still remember eating it in Mokpo, my mother's hometown, when I was very young. In the photo, it looks very sweet because of the grain syrup, but the three flavors of mugwort rice cake, geopi red bean paste, and not-too-sweet grain syrup went well together. Even though I didn't like mugwort rice cake when I was young, Bittersweet... The combination of flavors was so delicious that I kept eating spoonfuls or two. It was the most delicious rice cake/traditional dessert I've ever had in Korea. It's been a long time since I ate it when I was in elementary school and graduated from college. They say it's a restaurant that's been around since my mother's school days. It is a very famous house that everyone in Mokpo knows. It is said that this is the food of a celebrity restaurant that Na-rae Park, whose hometown is Mokpo, also ate it. It seems like it's only available in two places, but I hope it prospers and sells nationwide, commercializes and exports overseas... It is not as bitter as regular mugwort rice cake, and I think it will suit the tastes of children and foreigners. I highly recommend mugwort I pray that you prosper... . !
