I was disappointed by my experience at this bar. I ordered a Monkey 47 Martini, served very cold, with no vermouth and a lemon twist. Unfortunately, the drink that arrived was warm, watery, and did not resemble the martini I had requested. When I raised my concerns with the manager, his response felt defensive rather than focused on resolving the issue, which added to my frustration. The bar itself was relatively quiet, apart from a small group of guests speaking loudly, which further affected the atmosphere. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and fell well below the standard I would expect from St. Regis. Given the fundamentals of my order were not executed correctly, I believe there should be greater attention to bartender training and quality standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $100–150
