My favourite dish in this cafe is the prawn sando. The bread is pillowy, with prawns snappy & fresh. Then came the pasta(Grilled Fish Pomodoro), unapologetically classic, it was delicious, draped in a sauce that tasted of slow afternoons and patient simmering. The ice cream is a real blockbuster(flavours of the week keeps changing, I tasted the Tiramisu ice cream)—churned with the kind of care that feels almost maternal. It was smooth, dense, and had an intense creamy texture. The real draw here isn't just the caffeine or the shelter from the monsoon; it’s the woman behind the counter. She’s got a smile that has a whiff of disarming hospitality that makes you feel like less of a stranger and more like bumping into an old friend from school. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday party at Staple Food Cafe and had such a wonderful experience! The food were great, and the team was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the planning and event. They were a fantastic partner who made everything run smoothly. Engaged staple cafe coffee cart for a corporate event and it was a great experience! Especially love their proactiveness in engaging with the crowds, very systematic way of taking the orders.
