i ordered long black and it taste like hot water cup that you can get from any 7-11, anyway therefore after i did sip i did asked the Starbucks staffs that this coffee it taste bland does not taste like coffee at all could you please fix it for me, but they prefered to said if you want stronger you can add a shot but their is a cost , I meant this is already mean to deny and they also really need to check their own quality as well as a coffee person I am , I was so dissappoint and I did reported to the customer service as well. this is not just the taste but the way of the staffs acknowledged me and my younger sister as a thai they did not comunicate or willing to sell in a good way they way they look at me is discriminal but not all the staff but only one women of the staff member and i told her please wait a moment we are choosing and and the main time we already ordering longblack which is americano hot and then she goes that’s it , that’s it (keep saying it again about 3-4 times so I am done and yes my husband he is forienger me and him we living in australia and we just come back to Thailand for spendtime with family but did not expecting this treat that why we did ordered only one cup after did asked to help but their is no help I did throw in the bin of Starbuck place right away.
