Exceptional Wagyu Experience - Fireworks in Every Bite! I recently visited this incredible Wagyu restaurant and was absolutely blown away. Everything from the location to the service was top-tier. Location & Convenience: The restaurant is perfectly situated, just a 3-minute walk from the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall MRT station. It's right next to the Taipei Dome, making it extremely easy to find, and parking is incredibly convenient as well. The Food: We ordered the Wagyu set for two, and it was a revelation. The quality of the beef is honestly hard to describe—it’s the kind of melt-in-your-mouth experience that feels like fireworks going off in your head! The seafood was equally fresh and high-quality. To top it off, I had a glass of Whisky Umeshu which paired perfectly with the meal. The Service: The staff here are incredibly thoughtful and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger as they provided a full tableside grilling service. Every cut of meat was cooked to absolute perfection. Extra Mile: What really impressed me was their flexibility with leftovers. They gave us the option to have the remaining meat grilled before packing or vacuum-sealed for takeaway—they even provided an ice pack to ensure freshness. This is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had. Highly recommended for any Wagyu lover! Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

胡同是臺灣的知名燒烤店，本間星胡同是與星宇航空聯名，以飛機為主題的燒烤店。 酒粕冰淇淋蛋糕的糖片非常好吃，焦香酥脆配冰淇淋，所以不會太甜。是我最喜歡的品項。 碳炒蔬菜除了酷炫外，配上半熟蛋，十分香郁。印象深坑。 開胃菜的調味可以再重一點，塔可和牡蠣都讓人覺得普通。尤其作為第一道菜，蠻讓人失望的。 其餘每一項都是這個價格帶應該有的水準，沒有讓人特別印象深刻的項目。 人員熱情，服務周到。 再訪意願普通，訂不到餐廳時會考慮。 Hutong is a well-known yakiniku restaurant in Taiwan, and Star Hutong is a collaboration with Starlux Airlines, featuring an aviation-themed dining experience. The sake lees ice cream cake was my favorite—its caramelized sugar crisp was incredibly delicious, adding a toasty crunch that balanced the ice cream’s sweetness perfectly. The charcoal-fried vegetables weren’t just visually striking; paired with a soft-boiled egg, they had a wonderfully rich aroma—definitely memorable. The appetizers could have been more flavorful. Both the tacos and oysters felt underwhelming, especially as the first course, which was a bit of a letdown. Everything else met the expected standard for this price range, but nothing particularly stood out. Service was warm and attentive.
