Absolutely Terrible Experience for the Neighbors. The management here is either completely deaf or they just don’t care about the community at all. Their severe "noise pollution" is ruining the lives and health of everyone living nearby, including my elderly family members. We can barely sleep anymore. Weekends are a total living hell because of this. Early in the morning, when normal people are trying to rest, we have to listen to screaming children right next to our bedrooms. It is incredibly rude and shows a shocking lack of basic manners. To make it worse, some days they blast lawnmowers and cut trees, but almost every single day, the endless scratching sound of sweeping and other chores starts so early that it ruins our sleep entirely. Why can’t these loud activities be moved to after midday? It makes zero sense and is extremely disrespectful. Other neighbors have already complained about severe sleep deprivation, but the management chooses to remain completely silent and do nothing. On top of that, their parking lot placement is a nightmare. They didn't even bother to design it with any common sense; they didn't even think to place the parking lot further away from residential houses. Employees leave at random late hours, often around 1:00 AM. They walk through the lot talking and laughing like they’ve never been trained on basic human decency or manners. The loud car engines revving and starting echo straight into our bedrooms, constantly waking us up in a panic. This place has zero respect for the neighborhood. If you want to support a business that treats its neighbors like garbage and destroys their sleep, this is the place. Disgusting management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
