I visited the store on March 3, 2026, at 1:27 PM, which was a public holiday. The café was very busy, and all seats were fully occupied due to the large number of customers. While I was looking for a seat, a staff member noticed me and immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. Despite the rush and the high volume of orders at that time, the staff member kindly assisted me in finding a seat. I also observed that this was not done for me alone, but the staff extended the same thoughtful assistance to other customers as well. This clearly demonstrated genuine attentiveness and service beyond expectations. In addition, while I was waiting for my two beverages, once the first drink was ready, a staff member brought it directly to my table instead of having me collect it at the counter. This reflected great attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer care. This experience left a very positive impression on me. I would like to sincerely thank and commend the team at Starbucks Central Nakhon Pathom for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. They truly deserve recognition.
