Big shoutout to Hafeez at Starbucks 78 Shenton Way! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and totally made our day with his cheerful service. My colleagues and I were the classic indecisive customers at the counter (sorry, Hafeez!), but he stayed calm, professional, and even “played along” with our nonsense and squabbles, super 10/10 vibes. You can really tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. Thank you, Hafeez, for the awesome service and positive energy, you made our coffee run extra special today!
