This location Starbucks manager is very rude and cheap . Ordered a drink. Realize it wasn’t sweet in enough so I went back (5minute after ) for extra syrup . The manager said I have to pay for extra syrup . This wasn’t the first time this situation happened at this branch . I went ask the manager for extra ice before and she refused me . Does ice cost you money ? .. FIRST TIME encounter this kind of situation at a Starbucks . The manager should be replaced. WILL NEVER BE TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN . ( incase you think it’s a language barrier it’s not I spoke Thai to her. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
