Life saver with it being open 24/7!! Was able to go early in the morning and get some work done before I was able to check in to my accommodation. Such a lovely staff as well. Card is accepted. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’d like to compliment the staff working at Starbucks around 2:00 AM on Friday, March 13. I was working in the store when two foreign customers came in to order, but they only had cash and the shop doesn’t accept cash. One staff member explained the policy to them very politely and patiently and tried to suggest alternative payment options. Even though the customers kept insisting on paying with cash, the staff member stayed calm and professional the whole time. At one point the customers asked me to help them pay, but I didn’t have a Thai bank card either. After the situation ended and the customers left, that staff member came over to check if I felt uncomfortable or pressured by the situation. I was actually fine, but I was really touched that she/he took the time to check on me. It was very thoughtful and showed genuine care. I also want to mention the staff member who took my order. She was very kind and friendly, and later even offered me a small cup of juice to try, saying it was refreshing. That small gesture was really sweet and made my night while I was working. Both staff members created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful service. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Starbucks is truly a hidden gem. It’s open 24 hours a day, which is honestly incredible and a lifesaver at any time. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The space is small, but more than enough for a quick coffee or a short break. Being located right across from the Novotel makes it even more convenient. Knowing you can always count on it, day or night, really makes this place the crown jewel. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
