Very disappointing service. I’m honestly surprised this is a Starbucks because the level of customer service was very poor. The staff were not welcoming or attentive, and the overall experience was far below what I normally expect from Starbucks. This location definitely needs improvement in customer service and staff training. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The service is excellent! Gam and Sky (ฟ้า) did a very good. One of the best locations I visited in Thailand. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
