Great location near the office with a lovely atmosphere. The male staff member today was very friendly! While the drink quality may not be as consistent as other branches, the excellent service definitely earns the 5 stars. Perfect place to recharge during the workday. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Starbucks Biopolis last week and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with one of the partners, Jamie. When she asked if I wanted to get any food for lunch, I politely said no as I had already eaten earlier. The moment I declined, her smile faded and she gave me a “meh” expression, as if I owed her something. This interaction felt very insincere and left me feeling uncomfortable. I understand that partners may have KPIs or targets to meet, but this should never come at the expense of genuine customer service. I’ve always thought Jamie was friendly during my past visits, but this time the service standard fell short especially from someone I previously viewed positively. I hope the store can look into this and ensure consistency in customer interactions, regardless of whether a customer makes an additional purchase or not. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
