I visited Busan in January and happened to this Starbucks store. The shop was a little overweight female employee with glasses who was extremely rude. When I asked her to wrap the mug I bought, she completely ignored me and displayed a terrible attitude,that really felt me bad! （She speaks English very loudly.） Starbucks shouldn't let one employee ruin the reputation of the entire store. I think I will never visit this store again! Service: 1
