I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and I have to say it’s been a huge disappointment. The air conditioning is consistently off, making it unbearably hot inside. Sections are blocked off for cleaning when they seem perfectly fine, and there’s no explanation or apology. The coffee is weak, and I’ve felt a clear lack of care for customers. Compared to other branches—like Rawai, which offers great service—this location falls far short. Starbucks should not allow such poor standards. I hope serious changes are made, because right now, this is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a great Starbucks with friendly, fast service and the best apple pie I've ever had! LPT: get a drink with whipped cream on it so you can put out on your pie. Yum! Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
