I paid so much for 2 venti sized drinks and it wasn’t even filled to the brim? They even forgot my EXTRA WHIPPED CREAM??? Not even a drop of whip????? Might as well get grande right. the employees were kinda mean when I asked for a bag, they had this irritated look when I wanted to order the glass cup too. And they literally forgot my bag again and I had to remind them. The worst part is I ordered the signature hot chocolate and it has like literal oil on top???? Is that supposed to normal??????? I’ve never seen it whenever ordering this drink. I’m taken aback. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

On September 7, at 10:47 am , my grandfather had kindly asked the counter for help , instead of a response, this guy wearing a black polo with no nametag and black starbucks vest looked at him, smirked and turned away. Only then had another staff “adam” helped him with his request. I see many other low reviews about service here and it seems that this branch particularly doesnt care or bother to make an effort to educate the employees on what they should or should not do. Such a shame that people with poor attitudes can continue to work. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
