I came here because I received a Starbucks gift card for Christmas. The person who took my order was friendly and the drink was ok. The drinks are rather expensive although it was a nice place to chill and have a drink. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered and specifically mentioned Hot White Chocolate Mocha grande size at the counter. However, the female crew member keys as my order as White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino. I immediately clarified that I did not want a Frappuccino. She responded by confirming details such as “no whipped cream,” which led me to believe the order had been correctly understood. When I received the drink, it was a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino. I informed the barista, who was polite and handled the situation professionally by asking me to return to the counter due to the price difference and preparing the correct drink for me. I am not upset about the miscommunication itself, nor about the price adjustment. What concerned me was the way the female crew responded afterward, as I felt I was being told that I had misinterpreted the order, even though I had clearly stated my request and did not comment anything further. I understand mistakes can happen due to miscommunication, but I hope more attention can be given to communication and service ensure customers feel heard and respected. The lady barista who took my order seems very impatient. Is not my fault that your scanner couldn’t scan my app’s QR code. She didn’t greet, not a single smile on her face and she makes me feel very unwelcome with her tone. I rarely encounter such barista who gives such lousy service as I am regular there. I suggest customer service should be consistent throughout to give customer a pleasant experience, not even asking for a wow experience. After all, a cup of drink is not cheap. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
