This is a small Starbucks that is in the cinema area of Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong, past the ticketing office. Not a lot of seating, same counter foods and coffee menu you find at other branches around the city. Opening times are 7.30am to 9pm daily. Passed by recently and was served a typical double espresso, served quickly and by friendly baristas. Tasted as expected. Convenient overall location if you are at Festival Walk and fancy a quick coffee break. Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Order through SB delivery app. After 90 minutes, no progress could be located. Phone line was busy in Festival Walk. Finally, got through CS and claimed the payment was unsuccessful. Email said differently. CS personnel claimed they had been contacting me in the last 90 minutes with the line busy, which is BS. The case need to be referred and not sure when they will refund my credit card. Meal type: Brunch Service: 1

Ice coffee was almost ice only coffee was less , for the sake of not ruining our day , mood and conversation didn’t bother to go back and argue with the staff. Although asked less water and full milk for my chai tea latte still can feel the water taste !! Dude you are already over priced why don’t you give a proper service !! This is not Tim Hortons , Starbucks !! If you don’t respect to the customers at least some respect to the orders and yourself !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
