This review is for the manager in this Starbucks instead of the baristas who work there since they are just doing their job. It’s so funny that in this Starbucks, I can order Americano, Latte and Flat White but I cannot order regular drip coffee as the light roast, medium roast and dark roast. Maybe their manager doesn’t know anything about the coffee? Or maybe he/she had been brought to do espresso? I am sorry but I have to say something about it. Yes their service is ok and respectful; also the sitting area itself is clean, but drip coffee is really basic for everyone; every single one of the other cafes usually still have them for easy money. I can order them in the other Starbucks next to them but not here??? It’s totally unacceptable. Failing to offer drip coffee could easily earn you zero star, but one star is given because of the respectful service from the baristas. Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
