I hardly give less than 5-star reviews to businesses. Recently renovated, however, the place is busy with freeloaders who sit without ordering anything, making it impossible for paying customers to eat in. I'm disappointed at that as staff does not care about the paying customers. Literally, I tried to sit down three times with my sandwich but everything was busy with people staring at their phones, having their backpacks or purses put on chairs next to them, with nothing on their tables (to either drink or eat). The Starbucks at Langham Place is slightly better in that respect (and the picture I'm posting is actually from there). Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $50–100
